KCCI Commercial Real Estate Services is a commercial mortgage and real property advisory company that provides structured mortgage finance/capital markets and conventional real estate analysis support to the commercial real estate industry. Founded in 1991, we are one of the nation's oldest commercial mortgage due diligence firms.
Based in Bethesda, Maryland, KCCI is staffed by seasoned professionals from all facets of the commercial real estate business, including attorneys, appraisers, bankers, mortgage brokers, real estate brokers, underwriters, due diligence experts, engineers and other affiliated professionals. WHAT WE DO
KCCI is, at its core, a real estate analysis firm. Our services have broad application in the lending and conventional real estate businesses. Those services include, but are not limited to, credit underwriting (new loans, securitization prep, loan prep and B-piece), due diligence (analysis of existing credits), securitization support, CMBS surveillance, site inspections, property and market analysis, financial modeling and analysis, and lease abstraction. Our geographic capability spans the globe, but is most widely used in the 48 contiguous U.S. states plus Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.
KCCI also offers temporary and permanent staffing services in commercial real estate and has personnel with foreign language skills to support non-English-based transactions.
For borrowers, KCCI provides mortgage brokerage services to identify and secure the most competitive new loans on properties anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.
