FULL TIME

1. Business Development Professional.  Develop and implement strategies and plans to expand KCCI's services and client base.  Demonstrated ability to close required.  Extensive travel to be expected.  Specific industry experience a plus.

2. Junior and Senior Commercial Mortgage Analysts and Underwriters.  Positions require one year or more of commercial mortgage and real estate analysis experience.  Successful candidates will have requisite commercial mortgage and real estate knowledge and analysis skills as well as be proficient in Microsoft Office and commercial real estate analysis and underwriting applications and models.

PART TIME

3. Commercial Real Estate Analysts (nationwide).  Successful candidates will know commercial construction, development, operations and management, lease structures, and market and competitive property analysis.  Must be quick on your feet and resourceful.  Reports are typically due within one week of assignment.

4. Contract Due Diligence and Underwriting Professionals.  Contractors working for KCCI must have in-depth knowledge of and capability to perform commercial mortgage due diligence and underwriting.
